- Legs and shoes were painted and heavily sanded for a worn appearance
- Dress and hair bows from a vintage cotton fabric -- an intense orangish-yellow with red apples and black leaves
- Annie wears muslin bloomers under her dress
- The doll's hair is red worsted weight yarn
